Things change.

6 months since my last blog post. And boy have things changed since then.

I have completed my first year of uni. I have immersed myself in politics. I have moved on from Elevate. All three of these things have been so impacting on my life.

Uni - The first trimester was fun. The second trimester dragged on a bit. All in all though it was quite a good experience. I learned a lot, and I met a whole bunch of really great people.

I also learned that I don't really want to be a lawyer. I don't think that I can be passionate about it. So for next year I have changed my degree. I'm going to be doing a BCOM in Economics and Public Policy whilst continuing on with politics.

Speaking of politics I have finally got sick of the National Party and John Key. Useless bunch of retards. I will continue to pray for them daily but I have lost faith in their competence. I have found the best option was to join the Conservative Party under the leadership of Colin Craig. Colin is a very charismatic and inspiring man and I am grateful for the input that he has personally put into my life.

I was recently elected to the Wellington Committee for the party and I am also the electoral coordinator for the Rimutaka region. I believe that God has placed me hear for a reason and that this party is God-breathed and has the ability to reshape politics in New Zealand. We have a united team who seriously believe we can get several people into Parliament in the next general election.

And lastly, after 6 years at Elevate I have decided to move on. It has been a good 6 years and Levi and Nadia plus all the other leaders have helped shape me into the person I am today. But I feel like God is calling me to move on and move into something greater. I don't know where he is leading me but I'm excited, and maybe just a little bit nervous.

I am excited for 2013 and what it will bring. New adventures. New friends. New opportunities.
